St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) required an official opening ceremony for its 3 megawatt (MW) Solar Farm in La Tourney, Vieux Fort. It would be an event that would have to accommodate high profile guests such as the former US President Bill Clinton, former President of Costa Rica José María Figueres, the Governor General H.E. Sir Neville Cenac, Prime Minister Hon. Allen Chastanet, Minister for Energy Stephenson King and Opposition Leader Philip J Pierre.

Design and printing of invitations, development and design of the venue site layout including a wet weather plan, venue preparation to include site infrastructure, branding and décor, entertainment, collaboration with the police, NEMO, emergency services and Clinton’s special security detail in developing a site traffic, parking and emergency exit plan, catering, staffing, media coverage and management including the facilitation of the live broadcast, development of a plan for participants to tour the solar farm, and management of all opening day activities.
