The Problem

CRITI wanted to re-position itself in the CARIFORUM member states as an indispensable translation services resource, contributing to the further development of and cooperation with CARIFORUM as well as the public and private sectors of the French Oversees Departments and Dutch Overseas Countries and Territories.

The Strategy

Establish the ‘CRITI’ brand as indispensable to the provision of timely and efficient translation services in the English, French, Spanish and Dutch languages, to the relevant target audiences. Create widespread regional awareness of its mandate to deepen regional integration.

The Solution

A bold visual platform that focused on the human connection across language barriers. Deliverables included the design revisions to the CRITI logo, branding platform, design and printing brochures, newspaper advertisement on CRITI’s services in English, French, Spanish and Dutch. Dissemination plan and media placement (printed and online) in the CARIFORUM Member States and in French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Aruba Bonaire, Curacao and St. Maarten (23 countries). Creation of targeted online advertisements on CRITI’s services, social media strategy and creation of Facebook and LinkedIn pages, design and development of a customised Sales Presentation, a PR Plan, and promotional merchandise.
